Mouse emulator for Windows CE

I require a small standalone utility (i.e. not requiring the Compact Framework or other support files) which should work on Windows CE 4.2 and later and Windows Mobile 2003 and later. The function of the utility is to emulate the pen movement using only a keyboard on a device without a touch screen. The utility should be supplied as a stand-alone executable file or a CAB file - ideally the same version should run on both Windows CE and Windows Mobile. The devices are all ARM/Xscale processors. The required functionality is as follows: 1. When the utility is installed , it runs in the background and minimises to an appropriate icon in the task tray. If the icon is clicked, a menu should popup with one option: Exit (i.e. unload from memory) 2. The application places a mouse type pointer in the centre of the display. Display size can vary so the application should check the physical display size and adjust accordingly. 3. The application monitors the keyboard . If the user presses an arrow key such as up arrow , the mouse pointer should move up slowly initially and accelerate as the key is held down . The same action is required for down arrow, left arrow and right arrow i.e. the pointer moves in the appropriate direction. If the pointer hits the sides of the screen , it should stop. 4. If the user presses the Enter key , the application should emulate a screen tap at the current position of the mouse pointer 5. A hotkey defaulting to Tab should toggle the utility on and off . If it is off , the tasktray icon changes to have a red line through it similar to a no entry sign and the mouse pointer is removed from the screen. 6. The default 6 keys above ( up/down/left/right arrow and enter/tab) should be mapped to registry entries which the application checks on initial load in order to allow them to be remapped to other keycodes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows CE 4.2 / 5.0 Windows Mobile 2003/ 5.0 ARM and Xscale processors only
