This is carrier specific and you may need to find 1) what bands are supported by AT&T and T Mobile in US - 4G LTE 2) You phone has protected zone where all bands support and calibration related configuration ( specific to carriers) are stored. Normally, only carrier or OEM has the tools to re-configure this protected zone. So, any android or Kernel expert can't help you to touch this memory zone and also add support for calibration as well. Only OEM's or carrier can do that with tools they have.
