I will prepare a feasibility study which outlines the performance and economics of a utility scale battery energy storage system (BESS). I am currently developing a project in Canada, where the power rates are $0.40/kWh. During a follow up call, we will discuss the rate in your duriatiction, I will not charge more than 200EUR to complete this study. I use a software called HOMER Pro microgrid. Thank you
