We have a .NET app that pulls information from a SQL database based on criteria entered on the web page. It generates a list, and that list can be exported as a list of labels (Word document) or an Excel spreadsheet. The app works in IE 6, but in later versions, and other browsers, the controls for criteria entry are frozen. We do not know why. We need someone to sign in to our virtual desktop (on which we have Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2010 Express) and fix the problem. We also need to know how the problem was fixed.
