Airline Comparison Website

Hi, I'm wanting to create a website that will compare prices and times for four airline companies from a specific country. These airlines already have existing websites allowing people to book and pay online, however these websites are not in English and flights cannot be paid for with international credit cards. The website I need will allow people to compare, book and pay for flights departing on a specific date and time, but it will need to be in English - I can assist with any translations required. Payment will need to be available in mulitple currencys, primarily US, Australian, Canadian and New Zealand dollars, as well as British pounds, and Euros. This site will need to integrate fully with the airline companies existing website as electronic vouchers and receipts are emailed to the customer once payment has been made. Essentially I need something similiar to Expedia, but on a smaller scale.
