Looking for an animator who is able to animate a .JPEG or .TIF still image. Extremely basic animation (Moving Smoke/Steam) Have example below; [login to view URL] The artist I'm working with has 20-30+ projects he will need this done for eventually getting more and more advancing into full blown animation much later down the line.
