editing of synopsis

Dear freelancer Please refer to the synopsis submitted by you entitled "Awareness of diet modification and life style changes among cardiac patients". It is to inform you that following observations need to be rectified in the synopsis (Only highlighted ones relate to you). 1. The format of synopsis is not according to the University rules and regulations. Please refer to page 6 "Regulations relating to Thesis at Master Level" for proper format. 2. The research tool (questionnaire) is not developed properly. Kindly explain each question elaborately. 3. You have not quoted National and International References in your Introduction/ Review of Literature. 4. The references are not written according to the university rules. Follow APA style for citations and references. 5. Any Other i. Modify the study objectives and inclusion/exclusion criteria as directed in the enclosed copy. ii. It would be better to probe the information regarding geographical background, home town and ethnicity etc to get association between the variables. iii. Mention the source of cutoff values used for monthly income in methodology section. iv. Go through the already tested life style questionnaire by various researches and then compile it in a tabulated form, which should be self-explanatory. v. Also make the one consolidated table to get the information regarding dietary habits. vi. Follow APA style for references. vii. The corrections mentioned in the synopsis should also be incorporated.
