Create basic VB.NET application that will read / write XML file to DevExpress Treeview

I need a sample VB.net application that will read / write / create an XML file using the DevExpress TreeView that describes a file structure in a document management system. I have attached two XML files as samples. I have attached a sample file, ModifiedFileStructure, shows what would need to be in the treeview. Note that each of elements can be repeated multiple times in the XML file. Also note that the Folders element can be nested inside of other Folders. I can provide more samples to interested persons. The part of the data that would be in the tree would be the "Name" part. The other parts of the element would be in additional columns of that specific tree node. I would see things like the attributes subsection (which can be a part of every item - a location, drawer, file, folder, and document may have attributes) could be the token editor. I do not need this to be a complete application but a working treeview that I can use to expand on to make a complete application. We can discuss building a full application once the treeview demo is functional. I can provide more details to interested parties. I would need a non-disclosure signed to do that.
