I am a graphic designer who requires some help with implementing my design using CSS, I require an expert in CSS who is knowledgeable in using DIV layers with CSS to produce dynamic results. The successful bidder will establish contact with me over msn, and review css / html files that I have created which are not producing the effects intended. The successful bidder will then work with me to understand the aim of the code, and produce a solution that meets the aim. highlighting the errors that prevented the code from working in the first place. If the winner of this bid meets expectations, additional work may be offered.
