Build webpage from design (XHTML, CSS)

I have a design for a web page (Fireworks .png file) that I need coded in clean, standards-compliant XHTML and CSS. I need this done NOW, as in, within a couple of hours. Please state in your bid how long it will take. The design is simple and will not be difficult to code. I am a developer myself and don't have time to do this now, but will be able to advise if necessary. The finished page MUST look perfect in all major browsers INCLUDING Internet Explorer 6. You must use plain text and not images for the navigation links and section headers. I will provide the .png design upon request.
