Convert XML data into working 2D animation

We have an XML output from After Effects (using XML Gibson script) for an animation that uses puppet pins and IK. We are looking for an experienced game programmer with animation skills to translate the XML output into the Spriter open file format, and use that to produce a working animation in using C# XNA 4.0 that matches the reference animation. You will be provided with all graphic assets and a reference animation rendering from After Effects privately as well as demonstration code for XNA. Do not bid unless you understand game animation and matrix deformation.
