I am looking for a qualified freelancer to build 1 .SWF banner according to the following technical specifications; - Suitable to upload in Google Adwords via regular Adwords account interface - Complies to the Adwords specs at [login to view URL] - Connects to an XML-feed on my CDN location (has functioning [login to view URL]) - Import a background image into the banner via the XML - Retrieve text from the XML-feed The connection to the XML-feed to import image and text are must-haves as I want to be able to remotely control the content of my banner. Design The design will be delivered to you in PSD format, including all fonts. It will be a very simple design with minimal animation.
