Next Step Test Preparation RFQ: Tutor login and session logging webpage Background: Next Step Test Preparation provides tutoring services nationwide. We need a system for our contract tutors to log in to a password-protected website and log their hours. The website currently runs on Wordpress Requirements • Password-protected login for individual tutors • An easy back-end system to create/manage/delete logins (for the system administrator, who will not be a tech person) • Each time a new session is logged, it should send an email with all the relevant information to the admin • There should be a space for the administrator to leave notes to the tutor; when this is updated, it should send an email to the tutor o Therefore, logins should be tied to tutor emails • For each logged tutoring session, the following information must be collected: o Student o Date o Session length o Updated score o Hours remaining o Next session scheduled This work should be completed in less than 2 weeks. The look can be basic but should be straightforward and clean.
