Adsense Professional

I currently have a wordpress blog that gets approximately 9800 monthly visits, 19,000 page views, 117 clicks, cpc $.48, $55.61 in monthy earnings, and 36.51% bounce rate. I am looking for an Adsense Pro who could evaluate my site and make adjustments and/or replacement to current theme, ad sense placement, plugins, seo, etc to increase the traffic, pageviews and clicks to the adsense ads. I would need to know your game plan before agreeing to hiring you and samples of your previous work, along with the success you've had. You must be able to prove that you could increase the performance and earnings of the site. Payment will be made via milestone after 30 days of verification of increased earnings you project for the site.
