Blog SetUp Creation- Multiple Platforms

Looking to have blogs set up and configured based upon some specific criteria. To start with what I would like is to have 2 different blogs set up at each of the following locations: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The blogs would need to be configured using some basic imagery, and configuration to appear as blogs that look real. Having some contact info, images related to the topics, about us page (can be very simple). The blog will have to have some basic optimization set up like title tags etc. I will supply 2 blog posts for each and some external link information required in the blog roll and the blog posts. Once the blogs are configured and look as a person actually took some time to configure and set up the blogs, I will require the log in information. The topics will be promotional gifts and jet charter.
