Check/Set up Word Report template

I tried to make a Report Word template myself, but the set up of styles is not good enough. The background/design is available. I also know what kind of font and colors for headings I want. Its a .dotm file. need pre-sets for text styles, table style. What does not work is heading number 4 and if I insert bullets or list numbers some body text also changes in bullets.
