Copy Chrome cookies from WServer2008 to 2012

I am trying to move some Chrome profiles from WS2008 to WS2012.
Everything is ok, except the fact the cookies seems not loaded on the new WS2012.
I can see the cookies files into C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\profile_id , but when I go to websites, it seems the cookies are not loaded.
I need help to find a way to put them back quickly and working into the new Chrome.
