Hello, Thanks for going through my bid. Chances are that you have read my posts on the net (links at the end of this bid). I keep setting up BB+PGP servers for clients in UK and Holland. I have setup and support two clients from UK for PGP+BES seevers. You may find details in my profile with customer feedback and rating. What you will need are - 1. Servers : (preferrably 3 but we can make do with 2 using hyper V). Normally clients prefer servers in countries like Russia, Panama, Costa Rica, Malaysia etc due to security reasons. 2. Domain name: Very important to get an anonymous domain name registered. 3. licenses: I will configure it to run without pgp support package licenses thus saving you $90 per user. 2 months of trial license is available so you can test out the servers and services using trial licenses. But later on you will have to get licenses for PGP, BES, Exch. I can direct you to a good license seller. 4. BB handsets and BES SIM cards : I know BES SIMs are costly in UK. I hope you have a good source of SIMs which are not costly. I know few places of SIM seller with good prices.
