Designing and hosting my new website

I need an experienced person to design my new website and to host it on webhostingbuzz, which is my web hosting company. The design is simple. The site will be only of 4 pages. The main objectives of the site are: a. Attract customers by offering them a free eBook. In the bargain, we will collect their emails and telephone numbers for further follow-up. b. To promote me. The 4 pages are – 1. Home, with autoresponder installed for free eBook 2. Request Free appraisal 3. Useful links 4. Disclaimer I will be using aweber for autoresponder. You should be aware of how it works so that you can set it up. You must have good designing skills to present me on the home page. I will provide necessary photos and the matter. Providing follow me links for Twitter and Facebook will also be there. The whole work has to be completed max by one week. My budget is strictly $ 100 so if you should be happy to work in that budget. Also, I need someone who has completed a couple of projects at least. Newbies will not be considered. Terms of payment – $30 initially, balance on completion of the work. The website must be fully functional before I pay you the balance.
