Design back page Templates for website

Overview: I am a Finance Broker dealing in Unsecured Loans for the UK residential Market. I have designed the front page for my website [login to view URL] [ [login to view URL] ] Objectives: I require back page templates designed for my website [e.g. About, Contact, etc.] The template(s) should- [1] All contain the top third of the page found at [login to view URL] i.e. all pages will contain the Company Header [logo, etc.] plus the Menu [2] The remaining 2/3rds of the template(s) should be 'Blank' in the middle with some design at the side(s). This 'Blank' space will allow me to enter ‘text’ content. If you are able to show me examples of what you can do for my website, then this will be looked on most favourably!
