Dealer websites for corporate company

Our client is a corporate company wanting to create websites for all their dealers. We need a template website created that will then be used for all the dealer sites. The website should be CMS, incorporate design components from [login to view URL] and have modules that take relevant product, news and other advertising info dynamically from the [login to view URL] site, site should be designed in such a way that allows for further modules to be added at a later stage such as logging of support requests etc. Some boxes on the dealer sites should have code that allows our corporate client to dynamically update the box at all dealers sites with specials etc from time to time created by the main company This is a site for a large corporate, we need a very professional site done by experienced programmers. We need bids with relevant samples of what you are able to do, preferably with a sample layout provided using the mentioned site that we will take back to the client for further refining, dealer sites should have areas for the description of the dealers business, their staff, their services etc. Suggestions are welcome
