SCOPE:
*Conversion of existing template to DNN3 skin ([login to view URL])
*Creation of containers for DNN3
*Provide 3 versions of the site
* Flash version with sound
* Flash version without sound
* Non-flash version
*Edit menu descriptions (Flash and non-flash versions)
*Replace existing soundloop. New sound loop will be provided (Flash version only)
*Replace existing graphic header. New graphic will be provided
*Provide style sheet for ActiveForums ([login to view URL]) to match the website.
*In addition to conversion of hompage template there will be up to 3 additional content page templates created. Some or all with additional graphics. (Graphics provided by client)
*Site will be optomized to be cross browser compatible
*Site will be optomized to have the smallest possible footprint. This may include compression of scripts and graphics.
ASSUMPTIONS
*Project schedule showing milestones and completion date to be provided by the developer within 72 hours of start of project.
*Developer can provide proofs at least once a week
*Developer will respond to comments and proof revisions within 24 hours. Monday - Friday.
*Client will provide all graphics, sounds loops necessary for project.
*Developer can develop and host proofs on their own server, with no access to client production server
*Developer can provide references for similar work of similar scope that are in production and can be viewed.
*Communication will be made available by email, and phone when necessary
*All data will be exchanged via email; unless developer wishes to provide alternate meens of file sharing.
*Graphics provided by custmer will need editing by developer to provide proper fit and feel for the site.
*All source will be provided to client at project completion
*Client will have exlusive ownership of completed project and cannot be resold or redistributed in any form by developer.
*Developer will perform quality and performance testing before submitting to client for review.
SCHEDULE
*Quality is my primary concern. It is up to the developer to provide a reasonable date of completion for this project. It is expected that the project schedule, once completed by the developer, will be closely followed.
COST
*A cap of $300 has been set on this project.
