Convert a Template to a Website

I am not knowledgeable about programming, so please let me know me if my wording is not clear. We currently have a [login to view URL] site. We have our own domain. We have the wordpress site linked to our domain. We have had the [login to view URL] packet uploaded to our webhost and would like the current website recreated or converted to a [login to view URL] type and have the hosting and web address all updated to the correct configuration. Our current website: [login to view URL] We also need to be able to add new pages, and update current pages at any time. So having a simple instruction guide to add the occasional page, or to update the pages would be nice. If such a thing already exists, you don't have to reinvent the wheel, just make sure that when you design the website it is modifiable by the already existing modification procedures. We are a very small business. In fact, it's just me, my mother, and my husband. We do not need a high powered website for massive traffic. We do need to be able to add our listings, add the IDX when we are ready to do that, and have a page or two to capture clients information "Contact me", or "Send me information" type pages that can feed into my Top Producer account. We also would like to add an agent log in section where agents can access the cloud storage on our domain to download or upload documents. I attached our logo in various formats, not sure which is the best for webdesign.
