Continous ongoing project Partner company req'd

Hi I own a small web and marketing company, i require a company to do alot of my web design work. I would require the sites to be done in HTML and CSS so i can edit the content on Dreamweaver. Sites similar to the ones i would want are below: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Most would consist of HOME, MENU, LOCATION, CONTACT US. To start with can you give me an indication of what a site like the ones listed above would cost, bearing in mind, i am looking for a company i can have a continuous on-going relationship with and would be looking to use you services around 2-3 times per week. I would also require some basic SEO on each project to which i can discuss seperately I have customers waiting and i would like to get to work asap on the customers I have recently approached, If you can get back in contact and ideally chat on skype or i can message via email ect.
