Clickbank pitch site required

I will be selling an e-book online via Clickbank. I need a simple site that will allow me to use it for this e-book, and as a template for future e-book selling sites. Specifics: * Nice, clean design * Joomla preferred but not necessary * Built in ability to add copy in the various formats like those used in at [login to view URL] (different colored backgrounds etc.) * Ability to handle collection of e-mail addresses for auto-responders (will rely on your input whether using a built-in mailing list or an external such as Constant Contact) * Incorporates autoresponders (whether built-in or with whatever necessary setup for external such as Constant Contact) * Development of simple graphics to be used on the site * Downloadable PDF must be protected from non-paying downloaders * You provide all files necessary so that for my next project, I can simply install it on my host's server and edit copy and go. You must be familiar with Clickbank and their requirements and have designed Clickbank pitch pages before, including page protection, etc. Please make any other suggestions of features you can incorporate into the site in PM.
