CS-Cart Modifications Needed

I am working on a project using CS-Cart multi-vendor. I need to find someone with specific CS-Cart experience. Please indicate a past site that was developed using CS-cart. I need to make sure modifications are done properly so that I can upgrade the site in the future. Documentation is also required. I am intentionally leaving the design similar to default to prevent issues with future upgrades. But I have many changes that I need to incorporate. Site: [login to view URL] Concept: An online marketplace for selling anything original. This means only 1 item is available. So inventory is not relevant. - site search to also search for vendors - On Vendor application page, add checkbox next to "phone" "address" and "email" to allow user to display or not display publicly. - Add social links for twitter, facebook, instagram, deviant art, for vendor. If nothing entered, then social link not displayed on profile page. - Vendor Profile page option to upload logo. - Create Artists alphabetical page similar to "Brands" - Remove ability to edit quantity. Do not display quantity as it will always be 1. - change cart icon for empty and full. (cs-cart quirk uses font) - move "search" box down to be better aligned with logo. - remove "search by supplier" from advanced search. - advanced search "search by artist doesn't seem to work. - add checkbox for search in: artists - advanced search: remove "search by product code" - advanced search: remove "search by weight" - artist page show "sold" but not included in main directory. After this project is completed, I will have another phase that is more design related as I edit the product page, Artist/vendor profile page, etc. Ideally, I would like to find a long-term CS-Cart developer to work with for ongoing small edits.
