Build simple inc. gen site for www.PhDdoctorate.com

I own this domain, want a simple (read: simple) site that can be used by potential phd students to compare traditional, online, and blended programs. Data needs to be researched to be accurate, will need 200+ (perhaps 500 or more) schools online with accurate date to include degree details, category of residential, blended, or online, contact info, website, etc. This will be a simple site to build, but data needs to be researched as well. You can give an hourly rate for the research side, but there will need to be a cap and a reasonable idea of how much can be done within the price.
