Hi, We can build this in magento with a custom theme or buying a new theme. This will be pretty quick as magento has all the ecom features already done. The other method is to build in core php. I have 2-3 core php ecom stores already with me so we can just modify their theme and functionality and we will be good to go. This step will take around 20 days and will require a bit more testing.
