Adult site modifications

This is for my website [login to view URL] I am looking for someone who can revamp a few sections of the website to my specifications 1st change: when you go to the website the US map needs to all be made interactive to mirror the california section (meaning every state should have it's own section of the site if you want to post an ad in dalls tx, you should beable to click the state of texas on the map then choose dallas as a city and post or view ads that are local to you) 2nd change: the cites drop down needs to mirror the cities listed at [login to view URL] this will allow anyone to choose where they want to post or see ads from in there own area (city , state) (NOTE: this section I want to be similar to [login to view URL]) 3rd change: The strip link once inside of the site you will see "the strip" this allows users to post free ads viewable to the public I would like this process revamped I would like users to have to create a profile in order to post ads also the ads must be approved by an administrator before they are viewable to the public any ads posted by a user with a profile will be shown in new ads posted like "[login to view URL]" 4th change: I want every ad posted to display a thumbnail pic of what has beside the ad similar to: ([login to view URL]) (members section link) 5th change: I would like to have a PAID members section so paid members can view all membership content pics & video I would need this side of the site created keeping in mind I would like ot have a member "submitted" pics & video section as well this can be like a gallery or what ever you design here I need you to be creative. The fee to join the site will be 9.99 per month so I need you to create a page that will allow signups and add a payment process to the signup if membership should expire user name and password need to be automatically suspended after 30 days from the date of sign up 6th change: I would like a live webcam section added to the site just like ([login to view URL]) I would like live chat webcam etc to take place here members will need to load their accounts with 25.00 for 12 tokens or more and the private web cam shows will be charged at 2 tokens per min just like ([login to view URL]) the model webcam feeds need to come in from all over the world and models will need to sign up with all there information so they can be paid every time they have a show.
