Customer Item Tracking Website

We have purchased the domain for a website but we need someone to work with us to create pages that help us to track our products, have Twitter and Facebook feeds and some basic "About us" information. I'd say all in we'd be talking about 5-6 pages, but with the option for sellers/users to login to a personalise account. We organise nearly new clothing sales for local ladies, in a local hall, in different locations and on different dates. They come to the hall with their things and for what we sell, we take a commission. For what we return, we need to have a solid grasp on our inventory. We don't sell online however what we want is a place where people can add, using a new online stock management tool: - The top layer of the website would be the company and then within it, we would be able to set up different sale dates or locations and manage them as follows... - An inventory for each person registered to sell, with a unique logon to the site, a way to make a list of all the items they plan to sell at the sale with price, address/name/phone details, paypal account details and a tick box for us, as admin to be able to tick when it sells at the sale, live. We would also be able to get a running total of items sold, and commission earned, and amount owed to the individual and as a total sale. - At the back end of the website e'd like to be able to print off a report of the current status of each person's inventory and of the sale overall ie sold, unsold, removed from sale by seller. The report can come in any format but ideally excel. - In a perfect world also, we could publish the inventories or certain items in the inventories, anonymously to the main website before the sale and customers could tick a box again and item to say they are "interested" in advance and as a way of publicising what is at the sale.
