CUSTOM Design a website for a Logo and Website Designer

This job is for a custom design in photoshop I do not NOT want this to look like a template pulled from the internet. I like the "look" of this site [login to view URL] I like the width of it I like the header, the height and width, allows to display alot of things, which is what I want - I want to display alot of stuff I do make it clear we work with Joomla, ebay logos etc. I want all of this on the first pg I like the following items on this site [login to view URL] I like how its got more of a design where the phone is listed I want that i also want those icons to the yahoo, msn, email, aim I like the recent work and how it clicks to open the actual site it is displaying I want the testimonial box I want to make sure there is a good amt of space for content I like the packages being displayed I also want a joomla icon on the frontpage I want a facebook icon for my facebook I want a small place for a video I want a place to say something about how simple CMS is and maintence free and then I want there to be a demo for people to sign in and test it out I want a free quote area I also need a interior page designed for my website portfolio I like the way this site displays the portfolio [login to view URL] I need a quote pg I want my quote page to be just like this [login to view URL] I am looking to use another designer fulltime, so bid accordingly, I am doing this more to test out your skills because I need another designer on my team, my workers are to overloaded with jobs from me right now. I AM LOOKING FOR A CUSTOM DESIGN! Just because I show those other sites I like, does not mean that is what I want it is me showing you what I like, I am hiring you to use your imagination.
