Beauty and Makeup Website Graphics Design and mockups

I have created design specifications of the functionality of a website which has news articles about beauty and makeup products, and would like to have someone create the graphics and look of the site to match the design specifications. This will be the first of a total of 9-10 websites with the same site functionality and placement of elements (but of different topics), and there is a chance that you will be working on the graphics design of the other sites as well if I am happy with the results. I would like to receive two .psd mockups of the site frontpage and article page using the fonts, colors and graphics that you set up, along with the different graphcis elements split up into separate files (jpg) for use on the website. This includes also animated highlights for when the mouse hovers over an item (like the link menu items in the header). I would like the mockups to just have blank areas for the advertisements. The theme for this website is beauty and beauty products, and a luxurious look is desirable.
