Background Page Creator for Social Networking Sites

Version 1.0: * Capability to allow a user to create (from a set of basic templates) a background/template/theme for a web-site. * Capability to push this template to (or pull from) a user's Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube sites so that those sites then get the same background/template. e.g. just the convenience of being able to edit/store/publish the background/template/theme from one place and have it propagate to multiple sites so the user can keep their look and feel the same without the headache of updating multiple sites. Developer will deliver: * All source code and rights. * User and Administrator help files. * No intellectual property. Schedule: * Based on analysis of existing APIs, and being a software developer myself, approximately 3-4 days for development and 2-3 days for test and rollout of version 1.0.
