Children's cartoon character development

Hi, We are a company producing materials for children to learn different languages. Our current project involves teaching the Punjabi language. We are looking for someone who can illustrate two key characters. The initial phase will involve the production of flash cards and books. At this point in time we are looking to cement what our two characters will look like and this is the project you are bidding on. In future we will need someone to develop a company logo, and develop a company website, but those will be separate projects. The successful candidate will be fluent in english, an illustrator and/or designer with experience/ability in developing children's characters/materials, able to meet deadlines and prioritize our company to the top of their list.
