Branding Logo Corporate Identity Design for New Website

I'm looking to develop a new site which will offer my services involving various forms of natural healing. At this stage I am interested in defining the corporate identity and branding concept in order to get the logo designed properly. If the designer works well with my ideas and concepts, there is potential to broaden the scope of project to include full website design as well. I am hoping to get the logo designed within one week of project initiation. I am looking for a clean, professional design with a lot of thought on the branding and long-term business goals in mind. Lots of additional info can be found in the attached files. In terms of the second phase, or web design, I prefer to work with open source software and specifically something that is easily edited and updated without having to use ftp software.
