Diamond Wholesaler seeking eCommerce Web Portal for clients

We are a diamond wholesaler located in Hong Kong. At the moment the majority of our clients are local Jewelry Shops who need real time access to our inventory. Hence, we are looking for a web portal to be used by our customers to access our online inventory and make their purchases. The Web Portal should be accessable to only authorized users (customers) and therefore the website needs to have a registration form and log-in page. Once a customer has logged in they can search the inventory database using a Diamond Search page (please see images). Each result will be expandable, revealing further details of the diamond. Diamonds of interest to the customer may be 'tracked'/watched/wish-listed. The web portal should have a complete back-end system, including a customer and inventory database. This back-end system should allow the administrator/staff to manage inventory, including updating pricing, diamond details, and uploading images, certificates and other information that goes with a diamond. Moreover, from the back-end the administrator/sales staff should also be able to manage the customer accounts and invoice clients for their completed orders. The project is a very exciting one and the successfully elected freelancer should have a wealth of knowledge in e-Commerce websites and CRM Systems. We have attached screenshots to give potential web designers a better idea of what we are looking for.
