Create 10 Adsense Mini-Sites with Simple Admin Interface

I am seeking an experienced web marketer to help me establish Google Adsense mini-sites. The sites need to use a VERY SIMPLE template with a VERY SIMPLE interface so that all we need to do is add the affiliate codes for adsense, amazon, cb, cj, etc., and the site will auto update content and display the Google Adsense and other affiliate offers relevant to the URL. The sites need a privacy policy page to be Adsense compliant and should not look like run of the mill parked pages from google or Godaddy. I have over 350 URL's and would like to start by finding a partner that can set up 10 URL's for me sucessfully to before moving on to additional work. You will need to: Recommend and/or provide a template for the sites. Provide me with examples of similar adsense sites that you have built Show me the VERY SIMPLE admin interface to generate the site Show me that the recommended template will in fact SEO to Google Page 1 (give me an example site you have created that has made it to page one on Google) Be able to demonstrate that the site is easy to setup and a site should be able to be completed in under 15 minutes What I don't want: I have used WordPress with Keywords to Website (K2W) plugin. Its just too time consuming. I have used other CB type mini-sites that claim to be easy but the scripts are clunky and very poorly supported or not supported at all. I am not a developer and don't want anything that needs to have the PHP tweaked or code adjusted. Most of these tools just do not work as they are represented. I Have simply wasted too much time and money with them. I need a partner that has this down to a science and can set up sites quickly and easily so that we can work together to set up hundreds more, i have simply do not have the time. You should be english speaking and able to demonstrate that you meet the requirments above.
