Require a one page website design theme to be created responsive on a wordpress CMS. some of the theme will require changes, removal and tweaks to fit our business. We require end to end...created word press from our FTP ( we have hosting) then create the theme responsive and build our content to fit the theme under project managers instruction. The content is avail over drop box for developer. theme will be purchased and provided for developer. we need to be able to use word press for changing and adding content after job completed and may require a skype meeting to doa quick training session on using plug ins and features on back end. This could lead to long term work with our website clients in the future.

Hi Angrychickenm, If I understand correctly you have a design but haven't bought a theme yet? Depending on the design I'd probably be faster and the site would end more lightweight, if I start from scratch. But I'd have to see the design first. I use Bootstrap for making a site responsive and have my own starter theme (just the basics) in WordPress I use. You can see it in action here: [login to view URL] The amount I quoted is just a placeholder, upon review of the design I can give you a fixed price and timeframe within which I can build this.
