Build an Online Store

I require a very basic website allowing clients to a book time with me online and to pay for that time block online. I wish to be able to change text of page in the back end. When client becomes a site member they must also set time to their region Site pages include: -LOGIN/BECOME A MEMBER -for public -ACCESS TO INCIDENT TEMPLATE.-When someone becomes a member they get acces to an incident template page which they can fill [login to view URL] can fill in multiple incident templates. Each template can be named and dated and is given an individual reference number by site. -HOME PAGE -contains text and images -ABOUT MY SERVICE -contain text and images -HOW IT WORKS- contains text and images -BOOK A CONSULT- text and images,online shop with items for sale, calender for Booking [login to view URL] a consult is purchased i( going through online shop) the buyer is asked to select 1 or 2 filled in incidents templates which will be discussed. -CONTACT text, email, phone number -Q AND A -TERMS AND CONDITIONS- At the bottom of page When user become and logs in, they get access to incident template. This allows you to describe an incident and save it for future reference in your incident diary. No other member sees your templates and no sees if your online. An incident template is a page of spaces to be filled in with text regarding an incident/ includes date, incident name. This incident is stored for future reference. Filled in templates will be saved by date and name. Each time user wants record another incident they open another incident template. I have designed the template. When client wants to book consult with me, they go to Booking page and select “Buy a consult” option . The user is then prompted to select 1 or 2 completed incident templates to be discussed. ( a field with a drop down box with the clients history of templates) Client is also asked to select a time slot in the Calendar. ( calendar has days broken into time slots) The calendar only allows booking up to 4 weeks ahead. When a booking is paid for, that time slot now reads as “Taken” on the calendar. I can alter or create “taken “ status in back end. ( I will be able to block out days or times I cant work in back end. This stops clients booking on those days times). Once a client completes the filled in template and time slot details in shopping cart the user can then continues to check out function to pay. Buyer is then sent email/ phone text with sale confirmation and booking details. That sale is given a reference number by system for future reference. When a sale goes through checkout I also get email and text with details of the sale. Also I have need access to my own calendar that shows past and future bookings. Each booking will have date, time booked, users name and number, amount paid, Incident template/s for that consult. And room for my own added comments.
