Design a header for online store website

We are looking for assistance with the design of a nice header for an Australian online store. It will not be constrained to a standard rectangle box header graphic, we'd like a more creative solution that is technically going to be a background graphic, which will sit at the top in the header space. Ideally looking to engage web designers from Australia or New Zealand that will understand our client's needs. We would like ongoing assistance with web design from the right person. Full spec will be provided on successful application, however our expectation is you'll need 2-3 hours for this. We'll want to see samples of your work. On websites and especially your skills in dynamic websites using Wordpress.
