We require a Template design for a HTML web site for mobile devices, iphone etc. The deliverable being two milestones 1) design 2) HTML/CSS delivery. The attached specification covers the templates in detail - there are 5 templates required. It expected that the successfully bidder will bring their considerable design skills to this project and make a unique design, and add value. The basket template especially requires the successful bidder to use their skills to create an idea from scratch. There is a NDA/IPR agreement with the specification and if you are not able to work with the requirements in this then please do not bid on the project. Examples of prior work will make your bid much more likely to be successful.
