Computer / Video interface design + creation

Imagine a DVD interface but made to work on any computer that downloads it. I want it to work like this- 1) Client downloads a zip package from our server. 2) The zip package unfolds. This opens the interface you design. It needs to work on both Windows and Mac. The files load off their hard drive. 3) The interface has a splash page with an image. There are 4 links. PLAY - takes you to an embedded video, which is the feature of the package. INFO is information about the video. IMAGE GALLERY is one basic image gallery with about 20 images they can look through. EQUIPMENT is a simple page with words and a few pictures. There are simple mouse-rollover graphics but no animation or anything too complex. There will also be a link to the website. It can open in an internet browser, or however you see it working best. I'm open to suggestions to make it as streamlined as possible for the user. I will supply all images and logos.
