Clean Up Html Code and fix header image

Need to quickly go through code and clean it up using CSS and Divs when possible including navigation. In addition need to fix header image to be centered. Please let me know estimated time for completion. Please PM me for website. It is 8 pages that need to be cleaned up. Code needs to work in i.e. 6, 7 and Firefox. Needs be done ASAP. Please only expert coders with clean code. Thanks
