This is a social media project that can blow-up and become big. The Person / Team I choose needs to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and must be capable of Web-Design and Really Good Coding. This Particular project listing is a TEST, should be easy if you know what you're doing, and needs to be done asap! I already have a designed layout (1-page wireframe) and you just need to CLEAN IT UP and CODE IT to make it usable/testable ASAP!
