Admin Dashboard Design & Code (Bootsrap system but unique)

Do you have experience with creating design for bootstrap based themes? i need something along the lines of an admin dashboard created. i can show you examples of what i would be looking for but i need something unique (not one of the downloaded templates available). Here are 2 examples that should give you an idea of what i am looking for: [login to view URL] - Example 1 [login to view URL] - Example 2 I will split this project in 2 parts. I would like to see mockups of design that you come up with. Once i like the design, i will post a secondary project for coding that and turning into HTML. The budget is not too high but i will do the best.
