Create basic and static websites for small businesses

We need website designers and writers to construct basic websites for individual micro-enterprises, at an average of 2-4 new sites per month. We shall provide the strategy, focus and plan of the site, as well as scanned logos/photos for inclusion on the site. Work includes copywriting from client materials, site design, color scheme and theme, actual setup and implementation of the plan for anywhere from 6-10 pages per site. Sites are simple, with basic internal links, as well as email and other basic communication; otherwise static. Please quote cost per site of 6-10 pages.
