Customize magento theme

Hello everyone and thank you for looking at my project I have bought ultimo magento theme from themeforest: [login to view URL] I now need a good designer to customize the theme for me. In this matter it is important to me that you use the tools given to customize it: in the admin end there are many ways to customize the theme, and you can here see some ways it was customized only from the admin end (without any change in the core code): [login to view URL] Read the sales page (the first link), and you can see that there are so many ways to customize it. I would provide you with a user manual for this theme, and that should be sufficient to work through the design. Right now my theme is the out-of-the-box version of this design, and I would like it customized into a minimalistic-ish shop with some personal touch of my brand. I could change these settings all by myself, but i would like creative touch of a true designer. Let me hear your bids! Wish you all the best!
