Blog Creater Neede

Creat a blog with options for posting articles, discussions and allow participants to post comments. Also have Event calendar, pictures, and a lead capture page. The blog must can contain ad. There should be place for jquary ad and flash ad. all will load from tables. Means Admin just upload news/flash file in the database and those will appear on the pages. people should have to signup for comment. There might be restrictions for adult stuffs ! The developer should have to design banner/logos for this blogging site.
