Advanced Google Search Queries

There are two parts of this project. 1. I would like someone to write me a google search query that returns all results containing the word "yield" FOLLOWED by (must be in this order) a percentage figure higher than 10 AND or (can be a separate query), returns all results with a percentage figure higher than 10 FOLLOWED by the word "yield". there may be 0 to 4 words between these two keywords in each query and I would like a search written that returns all those results. E.g. in my results I would get: 'Yield of 10%', 'yield of upto 15%', 'Yield from 27%' etc ASWELL as '10% yield', '15% nett yield', '27% gross yield' etc. and so on so forth. I am familiar with AROUND OR operator .. and "" operators but am unable to work out how to structure this query. The search must exclude cases where 1%, 2% (upto 9%) etc. are shown preceding or succeeding the word 'yield'. 2. if there is an expert in Google Alerts / Google Search and Google Operators, who can show me some very clever tricks with operators, I would like to employ you for an hour for a skype call to share what you know. I am already experienced in writing complex queries, but want to take to another level, to really refine results and find hidden gems.
