Craigslist Bulk Email Sender

I need reliable MASS eMail sender to send to Craigslist emails. Example: job-XXXXXXXX(@)[login to view URL] Must be able to send a single message to 10,000 or more Craigslist emails weekly. This can be spread out over the week or as necessary to stay within the CL limits/monitors. you must have the ablity to use css code in your emailer to hide the craigslist header that is stamp when going through craigslist servers
